About

Editorial Policy

FlipWeb is committed to publishing accurate, useful and clearly-sourced information about the online business world. This policy explains how we work.

Accuracy & sourcing

We aim to base reporting on primary sources — official company announcements, documentation, and named spokespeople — and to link to those sources where possible. When we describe an update or a change, we try to make clear what is confirmed and what is analysis or opinion.

Authorship & attribution

Every article is published under the name of a real writer, with a byline and a linked author profile. Author backgrounds are listed on our team page. Editorial oversight is provided by the editor-in-chief.

Dates & updates

Articles display a publication date. When we make a substantive update to an existing article, we show a “last updated” date so readers know the content has been revised.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it. Readers can report an error via our contact page, and material corrections are noted within the article.

Independence & advertising

Our editorial coverage is independent of advertising. The site is supported in part by display advertising (including Google AdSense) and, where relevant, affiliate links; these never determine editorial conclusions. See our disclaimer for more.

Use of AI

We may use AI-assisted tools to help research and draft content. All content is reviewed for accuracy and usefulness, and is published under editorial responsibility of the named author and the editorial team.
